Alison Banks is the co-ordinator, along with a couple of others on the committee. The Wearable Arts show began only one year ago in 2002 as a fundraiser and for the art students that would be interested.
Alison decided she wanted to take part in the wearable arts after she saw a Wearable Arts show on TV and when she saw some of Donna Détente's work!
Come to the Wearable Arts show at the Recreation Centre on Orwell Street in mid September.
