The big storm 2012
On Saturday there was a big storm and our roof fell off and it got my tree and it got bent. We had no power. My dad got his smoking thing and we had eggs and fish fingers. We went for a ride in town to see the power lines in the trees. Then we went to the beach to have a look.

My Nan's window broke when the storm came to Patea. My Aunty's gate broke and my Aunty's roof broke, too. It was very windy. It was too cold to go out.
