Learning outcomes

The learning intention was to write a report about an aspect of our district's history.

The curriculum was English - Listening, Reading, Viewing & Speaking, Writing, Presenting. This was to be organised through transactional writing.

Integration occured with Social Sciences - Understand how people view and use places differently, Understand how people remember and record the past in different ways.

In the Values the emphasis was on excellence, innovation, inquiry and curiosity, community and participation.

The Key Competencies were thinking, using language symbols and texts, participating and contributing.

Our School vision is " Enthusiastic Attitude, Maximum Achievement", so everything we participated in was over-arched with our vision.
