Mahana School
Our production

Our school has about 60 students in three classes.  We found that Mahana School and the local area has changed since the school was established. It used to be surrounded by apple orchards but now there is a big vineyard on two sides and a winery across the road.

This project on the Mahana Whakapapa was a whole school effort and everyone worked hard and learned heaps. We were very proud of our production.

The Junior Room students would like to thank all their grandparents for helping with their project. The Middle Room thanks school neighbour, Nick Barnett, for information from interviews with former pupils.

We want to say a big thank you to Mr Clayton for the great ICT backdrops for the production and to Tricia for helping with our podcasts.
