Oamaru Golf Course

By Room 3 (Junior Room) Kakanui School

It is the North Otago Golf Course. It has been there a long time. People play a sport called golf there. The greens had special grass that felt like carpet that you weren’t allowed to wear high heel shoes on.

There was a shop to buy golf gear at. There was a pond and sand pits. There is a bridge across the road. You have to hit the ball into the holes. The hole has a flag in it. There are 18 holes.
